«Baseball, hot dogs, apple pie and Chevrolet» is a beloved slogan and jingle from the 70’s. But interestingly, it was also adapted for its use in other GM divisions…
In Australia, it was «Football, meat pies, kangaroos and Holden cars»!
Television was allowed in South Africa just in 1976, two years after the jingle was adapted for radio in that country, advertising the local Chevrolet brand. For them, it was «Braaivleis, rugby, sunny skies and Chevrolet»!
